NJ HESAA

An independent agency of the State of New Jersey, HESAA is responsible for providing students and families with financial and informational resources for students to pursue their education beyond high school. These include grants, scholarships, loans, a college savings plan and public service programs. The Authority is administered by an 18-member board, which includes voting representatives from all sectors of the higher education community as well as student and public members.

HESAA's mission is to provide students and families with the financial and informational resources for students to pursue their education beyond high school.

HESAA is a full partner with the New Jersey Assocation of Student Financial Aid Administrators in sponsoring New Jersey's College Goal Sunday initiative.
